I’m Francisco Baylosis III, a New York–based colorist working with agencies, production teams, and filmmakers through FB3 Color.
I pair a story-first eye and the discipline of years delivering high-volume, high-visibility work with clear communication and calm collaboration, helping media companies, agencies, and creative teams move confidently from first pass to final delivery.
Previously Senior Colorist at Complex Networks. DaVinci Resolve certified across Edit, Fusion, Color, and Fairlight. Editing is also available for primary service or support.

Francisco has been a pleasure to work with for the last seven, almost eight years. I first worked with Francisco as an editor, and he had a very detailed approach to his work. Francisco Baylosis is a consummate professional. He possesses the rare ability to truly transform a project through his color grading, all while never missing a deadline. I've worked with Francisco at First We Feast for nearly a decade. Over the course of these years, he has shaped the look and feel of just about every series that has appeared on our channel. In fact, Francisco's color-grading style is so distinctive that I could pick his work out of a lineup from just a single frame.
On many, many occasions I have returned from a shoot with subpar footage, and Francisco has worked his color magic to somehow save the day.
Francisco is an absolute pro. He’s got a great eye, and he’s incredibly fast with adjustments whenever we need to shift gears. He’s easily one of the most collaborative and reliable colorists I’ve worked with - I can't recommend him enough!
